In case your unit has already shipped and you need to change the address, you will need to submit a request to our support team.
Please note, that FedEx (and all other carriers) do not guarantee the success of reroutes, and if the reroute is successful, in most cases you will not see the update reflected in the tracking information until it has reached the destination station of the original address. Once it has arrived, FedEx relabels the package with the updated address information. From there, the tracking information should show the update.
