Ensure that you are inserting the plug in the right orientation. The plug has an indent that needs to be matched up over the corresponding rail in the port so that the plug slides in without much force. See picture.
If that is all ok, please follow below diagnostic steps:
Turn on your scooter and cycle through the display using the mode button to show battery voltage. When the scooter is fully charged it should show around 67 for a 60V system.
- plug the charger into the wall and not into the scooter. Light green?
- Keep the charger in the wall and plug into scooter (ensure the pins line up correctly - it should slide in without force). Light should turn red if the scooter is not fully charged. Check if this step changes the displayed voltage on the display. You can keep the scooter turned on during these diagnostic steps.
- Remove the charger from the wall and plug into the scooter. No Light should appear independent of charging status, only one little spark can be hear (if the fuse is ok and the battery have charge). This step checks the connection of charger to battery.
If the charger not show any light at all it is most likely that the charger is defective. To be sure, measure the charger with a voltmeter. It should deliver 67V+ output. See picture.
If the charger not show any light at all try this, see video:

Let us know the results of the three steps and we will sort you out.
We can send you a new fuse, or, if you don't want to wait, you can pick one up at any hardware store. Specs: 5mmx20mm, 5A, slow blow.
Let us know if you want us to send one.
Replacement is straight forward but you will need to open the deck. It is affixed with silicone which needs to be cut after removing the deck screws. Once open, look for the small yellow connector to the battery and trace it outwards towards the charging port. Within the line, there is a black cylinder that you can screw open. the fuse is inside.
After replacement, test the charger while the deck is still open. If it turns red, you are good to go.
Have a look at the following article to open the deck:
How do I open the Mantis deck and what are the connections?
Remember to always first plug in the charger before connecting to the scooter and to orient the charger correctly.
