Since the Widewheel is very powerful, we have seen that the wheels tend to free spin for a split second when you hit minor bumps while accelerating on the road. This can feel like a short loss of power.
This is also true for going at high speeds when not accelerating: The wheels are pretty small and not air-filled, so any obstacle on the road like a small bump will lead to a bit of energy loss until the wheel has passed the obstacle.
If you are experiencing longer cut outs, particularly when not hitting bumps, please contact us for further diagnosis.
