New Products: You may return your scooter or accessory within 15 days for any reason. An accessory must be returned in its original sealed packaging. A returned scooter must be without usage marks and with all original accessories. If the scooter has been used, we typically do not accept the return. In exceptional cases we may agree to a return a scooter with a 20% restocking fee if the scooter has been used but is still in excellent condition and has less than 15 miles on the odometer. There is no restocking fee applied to scooters which are defective. You have a 1-year non-transferrable warranty on all new scooters from the date of purchase.
Refurbished or Open Box Scooters: You have 15 days to return scooters with less than 50 miles ridden by you, which must be still in good condition (good condition being free from excess scratches, water damage, worn tires, worn brake pads, all accessories removed, any decals or paint removed). Scooters that fit these criteria will incur no restocking fee. Scooters with more than 50 miles ridden by you or/and that are damaged/heavily used will incur a 20% Restocking Fee. There is no restocking fee to return a defective scooter. If the scooter is damaged, we will charge you the cost to replace any damaged items with no extra labor price included. No Trades or Exchanges. There is a 60-day non-transferable warranty from the date of purchase which can be extended by 6 months or 1 year at an extra cost. (Apart from water damage, worn consumables such as tires and brake pads, wear and tear and damage from accidents).
