1. Pull up the tracking information on FedEx.com
2. Under the "To" address there will be a drop-down menu that reads "Manage Delivery"
3.Select "Deliver to another address"
4.If you aren't signed up for "Delivery Manager" you will be prompted to sign up: https://www.fedex.com/fdmenrollment/?signup=true&fromwcdo=true
5.From there, you should have the ability to submit requests to make address changes on packages.
