Step 1 - Cut the zip ties that hold the connector cover on and disconnect the motor cable underneath
Step 2: Remove these two screws and unclip the side cover on both sides
Step 3 : Using an 18mm wrench loosen the wheel nuts on both sides
Step 4 : Install the new motor and make sure it is fully seated vertically in the dropouts of the fork
Step 5 : Re-tighten the wheel nuts
Step 6: Re-install the side covers
Step 7: Reconnect the motor cable, make sure to align the arrows embossed on the connector before pushing together
Step 8: Put the motor cable connector cover halves back together and reinstall with zip ties
